About Me

I have worked as a performer and as a singing teacher since I was 19 years old.

I began my career work-shopping a then little known musical 'Spring Awakening' at the tender age of 18 and then went on to initially study Acting & Voice at NIDA in Australia. I gained experience in TV & Film work as an actress before deciding that I wanted to focus on musical theater back in the UK. I undertook a degree at Colchester Institute of Performing Arts and went straight on to work in the industry. During my training I was picked to be a dancer for the UEFA Champions League and I was a finalist in the prestigious 'Voice Of Tomorrow' competition held at The Actor's Centre, London. I also ran my first originals band 'Trigga-Boo!' who toured the UK.

During training and upon graduating I began working overseas on contracts such as Thomson Gold and various hotel production work from Egypt to Finnish Lapland! In all overseas, I did 10 seasons before settling back in the UK in 2016.

My UK singing teaching career has seen me teach at a number of performing arts institutions including Teesside School Of Music, Roundhay Music Services and currently for CAPA College.

My life performance career in the UK has seen me work for clients such as the BBC (BBC Look North, BBC London, BBC Radio 5 Live) and leisure institutions such as Bourne Leisure (Haven) and TEDTalent. As a vocalist I am managed by The Crossland Agency who regularly provide me with work.

On stage I have worked in a number of touring productions since 2018 including appearing in the West End as lead female vocalist with 'The Chicago Blues Brothers'. I currently appear as a featured performer in 'The Big Country Music Show' on it's UK Tour.

In 2023 I am focusing on songwriting for TV & Film as well as building up the wedding and events side of my singing.
